Our pasture-raised chicken brings you rich, natural flavor, just the way chicken should taste.
Our chickens are grown:
Without antibiotics or hormones
Raised on pasture with access to forage and bugs
Supplemented with fresh water and feed free from corn / wheat products.
Located in Hillsboro, TX, we serve communities throughout the state. Our birds are dressed out at our USDA processing facility. As part of the local food system, we use sustainable practices and connect the community with quality, local food.
We offer wholesale purchasing, bulk processing, retail purchases by the case, and custom processing of chickens only.

Retail establishments and restaurants can purchase Burgundy Pasture Poultry birds for resale. Information & pricing on: Wholesale, purchase by the case, and bulk processing.
Custom processing is available for small farms raising their own birds (chickens only). Here you can find our Processing Scheduling Interest Form, pricing, and information for day of processing.
2027 Calendar is NOW OPEN. Now is the time to plan ahead to secure your spot. Let us know when you need your birds processed by completing the Processing Scheduling Interest Form.
Starting October 2026 Burgundy Poultry will only be doing custom processing on Thursdays and Fridays.
Payment Forms Accepted: We accept CASH/MONEY ORDER or CREDIT CARD. Credit Card payments will be charged a 3% convenience fee. Please plan accordingly as product will not be released without proper payment. No checks will be accepted.
