Our chicken is the chicken of yesteryear with an inherent natural flavor - the way it should be.  Our chickens are grown:

• Without antibiotics or hormones

• Raised on pasture with access to forage and bugs

• Supplemented with fresh water and "clean" feed - no corn, soy or wheat products

Located in Hillsboro, Texas we serve communities all over Texas. Our birds are raised and dressed out on our farm at our own USDA processing facility - no large road trips for our birds.  As part of the local food system, we use sustainable practices and connect the community with quality, local food.

We offer wholesale purchases and custom processing.

Which customer are you?

• Retail establishments and restaurants can purchase our home-grown birds as either whole or cut-up

• Custom processing is available for small farms raising their own birds (chickens and turkeys only)

• Payment Forms Accepted:  We accept CASH/MONEY ORDER or CREDIT CARD.  Credit Card payments will be charged a 3% convenience fee. Please plan accordingly as product will not be released without proper payment. No checks will be accepted.

• 2024 Calendar is NOW OPEN.   Now is the time to plan ahead and secure your spot. Let us know when you need your birds processed by completing the Processing Scheduling Interest Form.  We will then work to find a date that meets your needs.
