Our processing plant currently only processes chickens and turkeys. No ducks or quail at this time.

Your birds can drink water but must have their feed withdrawn at least 14 hours prior to your appointment. View our Pre-Slaughter Guidelines for all of the specifics on what you need to do prior to your processing appointment.
Birds must be dropped off at 7am on the day of your reservation. Any birds arriving after 745am may be charged a $100 Late Drop-off Fee.
Birds are generally packaged and ready for pickup between 3-4pm on the day of your reservation.
If you request any of your chickens or turkeys to be made in to ground chicken or ground turkey, your ground products will be ready approximately 1-2 weeks after your processing date and will be frozen.
