Our processing plant currently only processes chickens. No turkeys, ducks or quail at this time.

Your birds can drink water but must have their feed withdrawn at least 14 hours prior to your appointment. View our Pre-Slaughter Guidelines for all of the specifics on what you need to do prior to your processing appointment.
Birds must be dropped off at 7am on the day of your reservation. Any birds arriving after 745am may be charged a $100 Late Drop-off Fee.
Birds are generally packaged and ready for pickup between 3-4pm on the day of your reservation.
Chickens requested to be made into ground chicken will be processed separately and will be available approximately 1–2 weeks after your processing date.
All ground chicken will be frozen.
